We’re happy you’re considering a visit to our community!

Westerville’s small-town feel is genuine. A walk through our Uptown Shopping District is a definite throwback to days-gone-by, with buildings dating back to the 1860s, 1870s and 1880s. Once you step inside, you find modern boutiques, hip eateries and home décor to fit everyone’s style. You’ll even find antiques, a retro shop with LPs and a deli with a microbrewery in the back to keep the memories of the Speakeasy alive.

Look outside of Uptown and you’ll find 6,000 acres of parkland, including city parks, metro parks and Hoover Reservoir, owned by the City of Columbus, and 44 miles of leisure trails. Otterbein University is just west of Uptown and is a nationally recognized liberal arts university. Its STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) innovation center, The Point, is a stone’s throw from the City of Westerville’s state-of-the-art WeConnect Data Center, making it easy for government, education and private business to collaborate. A global network of cities called Intelligent Community Forum (IFC) has noticed and placed Westerville on its 2019 Global Smart 21 Communities list. One of only four U.S. cities recognized.

Our beautiful hotels are designed with every type of traveler in mind and provide just the right venue for your next meeting or event.

If this isn’t enough to hook you, keep exploring our site for plenty of reasons to make Westerville you next destination for work, for pleasure or for life. #anythingbutdry
