Founded in 1988, Visit Westerville (previously the Westerville Visitors & Convention Bureau) is a nonprofit Destination Marketing & Tourism Organization. Its mission is to drive tourism to the city of Westerville through promotion of in-market events and attractions, sports tourism, group tours/motorcoach travel, and driving group and meeting business into local hotels and venues.

Robin Collins, CTA
Executive Director
A Granville, Ohio native, Robin joined the Visit Westerville team in March of 2019. Robin has worked in travel, tourism and hospitality for 19 years in various cities including Cleveland, Chicago, Los Angeles and Columbus. In 2018, Robin permanently relocated back to Ohio where she currently resides in Westerville with her husband, Nathan and their son, Griffin. Robin is passionate about the arts and is an outdoor enthusiast. She loves attending new events and traveling to new destinations. Robin is dedicated to driving tourism and travel into the city of Westerville through community engagement, promotion of in market events and experiential activities, new business development and collaboration with key organizational leaders across the city, as well as all tourism-related businesses to maximize and facilitate travel and tourism opportunities.
Michelle Downar
Website Management and Graphic Design
Michelle is a lifelong central Ohioan, born and raised in Worthington and a proud graduate of The Ohio State University. For the past decade, she has called Westerville home, where she enjoys exploring the community, discovering new restaurants, hiking local trails, and attending the city’s many events throughout the year. Professionally, Michelle brings a strong background in marketing and tourism as she worked for many years at Experience Columbus, the region’s convention and visitors bureau. In addition to managing Visit Westerville's website and ad design, she currently works in marketing at JPMorgan Chase. Michelle lives in Westerville with her husband, Joe, their son, Jaxson, two cats and a dog.
Morgan McCoy

A proud Westerville native, Morgan graduated from Westerville South High School in 2021 before heading to Ohio University, where she studied marketing and real estate. After earning her degree in just three years, she returned home to launch her career in real estate, and to stay connected to the community she loves. Morgan also manages social media marketing for several small businesses throughout Westerville and Central Ohio, helping them grow their presence and share their stories. From exploring local shops and dining spots to attending community events, Morgan is passionate about everything Westerville has to offer. She’s always on the lookout for what’s new and exciting in town and loves sharing it with others!
